The Hard to Fire Master Scorecard

Find the primary output, source chapter, or conditional tool you need. This is a lookup table, not another pass through the book.

The Eight Pillars are end states. Useful, Visible, AI-capable, Politically aware, Financially prepared, Portable, Calm, and Ready describe what the five outputs should produce. They aren't a second system.

Next: record the Organizational Exposure primary output.

Choose exactly two current gaps during the Days 85 through 90 reset. Do not turn the inventory into a second scoring system.

The five primary outputs

Put these side by side. Record the source-home result, mark each Current or Gap, then give the two selected gaps one action, one owner, and one date.

Read the combined pattern

A single result identifies a gap. A combination can show how gaps reinforce one another. These diagnoses route action. They do not predict an employer's decision.

Enter source-home results only if you need a combined-pattern check.

Hidden Asset

Your Expendability total is under 14, but your Protection Audit is under 15. The work appears defensible while the advocacy and visibility around it remain weak.

Route: Use the Manager Dependency Map, Value Translation Worksheet, and Sponsor Map to make existing value easier to carry into a decision room.

Immediate Exposure

Your Expendability total is 22 or higher, and the Manager Dependency Map misses one or more target ratings. The role looks exposed, and your manager lacks a clean defense.

Route: Reduce the highest Expendability factor while improving one manager pain point without creating political risk.

Comfortable Fragility

Internal results look strong, but employment still supplies the household's critical cash flow and portable options remain untested.

Route: Run the Household Income Risk Audit and Optionality Calendar. Use the Side Income Filter only for a path that clears the required agreement, policy, disclosure, and conflict review.

Quarterly use

During Days 85 through 90, put the five primary outputs beside the prior cycle and choose two gaps. Don't rerun nineteen artifacts because the calendar developed feelings. Rerun only tools affected by a manager change, reorganization, strategy shift, household change, new AI workflow, or another condition that actually changed.

Monday Move

Name the primary output creating the greatest exposure. Go to its source chapter. Open a supporting or conditional tool only if the current gap calls for it.
