The AI Exposure Map

Find the work AI can eat, the work that still needs you, and where your time should move next.

Use the five responsibilities that actually eat your week, not the five that look best on your job description. Rate all nine dimensions from 1 to 5, then estimate where your time really goes.

How to read the heat map

Hot

Exposure is more than double protection. Become the AI operator and shift time toward more protected work.

Warm

Exposure equals or exceeds protection. Make the human judgment and relationship layer more visible.

Cool

Protection exceeds exposure. Deepen expertise, relationships, physical presence, or accountability.

Overall pattern: More than 50% of your time is on hot tasks means you have a repositioning project, not a crisis. Start with the highest-exposure responsibility.
